Client and clinical data
When we process data on behalf of a client we act as a processor under a written agreement, including Business Associate Agreements for HIPAA-regulated workloads. Access is least-privilege, encrypted in transit and at rest, and fully audit-logged.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Contractual records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email hello@alixatech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use reputable providers for hosting, analytics, email and payments. Each is bound by data-processing terms and is selected for compliance with GDPR and applicable regional laws.
